Sessions will be facilitated by a clinical psychologist with a focus on evidence-based treatments to foster acceptance, increase resilience and mindfulness practices, equipping you with practical tools for lasting well-being. Further, we will work on exploring and strengthening speech techniques through guided application in different communicative scenarios.
